You should never skip any doses and try to finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not stop taking medicine until told by your doctor as it can cause harmful effects.This medicine may cause side effects like nausea, vomiting, dryness in the mouth, sweating, and headache. Initially, this medicine may cause a sudden drop in blood pressure when you change positions, so it’s better to rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.
