Medifast
1. What is Medifast?
Medifast is an online pharmacy and healthcare platform that enables customers to order eligible medicines and healthcare products for delivery.
2. Do I need a prescription to order medicines?
Yes. A valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner is required for prescription medicines. An order may be held or cancelled if a valid prescription is not provided or cannot be verified.
3. How can I place an order?
Select an eligible product, add it to your cart and complete checkout. Prescription products are processed only after prescription verification.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery where it is shown as available during checkout.
5. How long does delivery take?
- Local deliveries: 1–3 business days
- Within Maharashtra: 2–5 business days
- Other serviceable locations in India: 3–7 business days
These are estimates. The delivery estimate shown during checkout applies to your order.
6. Can I cancel my order?
An order may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Do you accept returns?
Damaged, incorrect, missing, expired or defective delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Other eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Medicines and other sensitive products may be non-returnable except where delivered damaged, incorrect, missing, expired or defective. See our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for all conditions.
8. When will I receive my refund?
After verification and approval, Medifast will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit it.
9. How do I track my order?
When tracking is available, the tracking information is sent by SMS or email after dispatch.
