1. What is Medifast ?

Medifast is an online pharmacy platform that allows you to order medicines and healthcare products conveniently from home and have them delivered to your doorstep.


2. Do I need a prescription to order medicines?

Yes. Prescription medicines require a valid doctor’s prescription. You may be asked to upload or share it before your order is processed.


3. How can I place an order?

You can place an order by selecting your products on our website, adding them to your cart, and completing the checkout process using your preferred payment method.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).


5. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes:

  • 1–3 days for local orders

  • 2–5 days within the state

  • 3–7 days for other locations in India

Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier conditions.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.


7. Do you accept returns?

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, medicines cannot usually be returned. Returns are accepted only if items are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.


8. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


9. How do I track my order?
