Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Levocetirizine is an antihistamine medication. Take it regularly and at the same time each day to get maximum benefits from it. Do not take this medicine more than the recommended dose, a high dose, or overdose may have harmful effects on the body. Prolong use of this medicine may harm your health, do not take it more than the prescribed duration unless your doctor advised you to do so.It may cause side effects like headache, nausea, vomiting, dryness in the mouth, and diarrhea in some patients.
