It is also avoided in patients with a previous history of cholestatic jaundice/liver dysfunction associated with the medicine.| Which is the best time to take Abiclav LB 500mg/125mg Tablet?::: Abiclav LB 500mg/125mg Tablet may be taken every 8 hours or every 12 hours, depending on the dose prescribed by your doctor. It should be taken with a meal or snack to reduce the possibility of getting an upset stomach. Many antibiotics can cause diarrhea.
