What is Aceta Cold Syrup?::: Aceta Cold Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Chlorpheniramine, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Phenylephrine. This combination helps to relieve symptoms of cold like runny nose, watery eyes, fever and headache. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic.
