What is Acwak-N Tablet SR?::: Acwak-N Tablet SR is a combination of three medicines: Gabapentin, Nortriptyline and Methylcobalamin. This medicine is useful in the treatment of nerve pain (neuropathic pain). This medicine calms the damaged or overactive nerves by acting on brain, thereby decreasing the pain sensation. It also helps in the regeneration of damaged nerves in the body.| Can I stop taking Acwak-N Tablet SR when my pain is relieved?::: No, you should not stop taking Acwak-N Tablet SR even if your pain is relieved.
