This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.:
If you miss a dose of Ahlox D Eye Drop, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.:

Is it safe to use Ahlox D Eye Drop?::: Yes, Ahlox D Eye Drop is safe for most of the patients. However, in some patients it may cause some unwanted common side effects like eye irritation, eye discomfort and other uncommon and rare side effects. Inform your doctor if you experience any persistent problem due to the medication.| What precautions need to be taken while using these eye drops?::: Before using ciprofloxacin, inform your doctor or pharmacist about any allergies you might be having. Let him know if you are allergic to ciprofloxacin or other quinolones (e.g., levofloxacin, moxifloxacin). This product may contain inactive ingredients (such as preservatives like benzalkonium chloride), which can cause allergic reactions or other problems.| Can the use of Ahlox D Eye Drop cause dizziness?::: Yes, the use of Ahlox D Eye Drop can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.| How long should you wait for before putting the other eye drops?::: If you are putting in more than one drop or more than one type of eye drop, wait for five minutes before putting the next drop in. Doing this will allow the first drop to get absorbed into the eye.| How long does Ahlox D Eye Drop takes to work?::: Usually, Ahlox D Eye Drop starts working soon after applying it. However, it may take some days to kill all the harmful bacteria and make you feel better.| What are the instructions for storage and disposal of Ahlox D Eye Drop?::: Keep this medicine in the container or the pack it came in, tightly closed. Ahlox D Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Ciprofloxacin and Dexamethasone. Ciprofloxacin is an antibiotic which prevents bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria. This treats your eye infection. Dexamethasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.:

Ahlox D Eye Drop is a medicine used to treat eye infections with inflammation. It kills and prevents the growth of infection-causing bacteria. This way it relieves the inflammatory symptoms such as redness, itching, and swelling and speeds up the healing process. Ahlox D Eye Drop is to be used only in the affected eye. Read the label carefully for instruction before you use the medicine. Use it in the exact dose and duration as advised by the doctor or as instructed in the label. Wash your hands before using this medicine. Complete your dose even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too early may bring back the infection.Use of this medicine may cause irritation and discomfort immediately after instilling the eye drop. These are usually temporary and resolve with time. However, if they persist or get worse, inform your doctor. In case of accidental contact with your ears, nose, or mouth, immediately rinse it with water.Inform your doctor if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients in this medicine or if you are taking any other medication. It is advised not to drive or operate heavy machinery immediately after using this medicine as it may cause temporary blurring of vision and may affect your ability to drive.:
