Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Airflow HD Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.:
If you miss a dose of Airflow HD Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.:

What should be avoided while taking Airflow HD Tablet?::: Do not take it with any fruit juices (such as apple, orange, or grapefruit) as they might make the drug less effective. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking Airflow HD Tablet. Drinking alcohol will increase the severity of drowsiness or sleepiness caused by Airflow HD Tablet.| Can I stop Airflow HD Tablet when my symptoms are relieved?::: No, Airflow HD Tablet should be continued as advised by the doctor. If you experience any problem due to the use of Airflow HD Tablet, inform your doctor.| Can the use of Airflow HD Tablet cause dizziness?::: Yes, the use of Airflow HD Tablet can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.| Will a higher than the recommended dose of Airflow HD Tablet be more effective?::: No, taking a higher than the recommended dose of Airflow HD Tablet will not make it more effective, rather it can lead to increased side effects. Airflow HD Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Montelukast, Fexofenadine and Acebrophylline. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways and nose, and improves symptoms of allergies. Fexofenadine is an antiallergic which relieves symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Acebrophylline is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.:

Airflow HD Tablet is a combination medicine used in the prevention of asthma. It relieves allergy symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes and congestion or stuffiness. It also helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages, thus widening it and making it easier to breathe. Airflow HD Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, skin rash, itching, breathing difficulty, and headache. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects. This medicine may cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can worsen your sleepiness.Before taking it, you should tell your doctor if you have any kidney or liver diseases so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you.
