It consists of Chlorpheniramine, an antiallergic that relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. It also consists of Phenylephrine, a decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.| Is it safe to use Alex Oral Drops Pineapple?::: Alex Oral Drops Pineapple is safe for most of the patients when taken according to the dose and duration recommended by the doctor. Alex Oral Drops Pineapple may be given to your child with or without food. Administer it in the exact dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose and duration of the treatment will depend on your child’s condition and how they respond to the medicine. Continue to give the medicine for as long as the doctor has recommended.The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, and headache. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time.
