The kidneys process and clear the drug out of your system via urine. However, if your kidneys are not functioning properly, this medicine can lead to a condition called lactic acidosis. Symptoms of lactic acidosis include tiredness, weakness, muscle pain, sleepiness, abdominal pain, and breathing problems.| Q. Can Aloja-M Tablet cause dizziness?::: Yes, Aloja-M Tablet can cause dizziness as a side effect. If this happens to you, sit or lie down until the symptoms pass. Can Aloja-M Tablet cause pancreatitis?::: There are reports of acute pancreatitis due to Aloja-M Tablet. Patients are prompted to discontinue this medicine and contact their doctor if there is persistent severe abdominal pain, sometimes radiating to the back.| Q. What should you not eat while taking Aloja-M Tablet?::: It is advisable to avoid foods that are high in saturated and trans fats, instead consume fats from fish and nuts.
