Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Aloja-M Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.:

If you miss a dose of Aloja-M Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.:

What is the dosage of Aloja-M Tablet?::: This medicine should be taken twice daily with food with a gradual increase in the dose to lower your chances of an upset stomach. However, it is advisable to always consult your doctor before taking it.| Is Aloja-M Tablet safe for kidneys?::: Aloja-M Tablet does not cause kidney damage. The kidneys process and clear the drug out of your system via urine. However, if your kidneys are not functioning properly, this medicine can lead to a condition called lactic acidosis. Symptoms of lactic acidosis include tiredness, weakness, muscle pain, sleepiness, abdominal pain, and breathing problems.| Can Aloja-M Tablet cause dizziness?::: Yes, Aloja-M Tablet can cause dizziness as a side effect. If this happens to you, sit or lie down until the symptoms pass. Always carry some sugary food or fruit juice with you in case you experience dizziness while traveling.| Can this medicine be used to treat type 1 diabetes?::: This medication does not treat type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis (increased ketones in the blood or urine).| Can Aloja-M Tablet cause severe skin reaction?::: This medicine may cause a skin reaction called bullous pemphigoid which may require hospitalization. Tell your doctor right away if you develop blisters or skin peeling. You may be advised to stop the treatment.| Can Aloja-M Tablet cause pancreatitis?::: There are reports of acute pancreatitis due to Aloja-M Tablet. Patients are prompted to discontinue this medicine and contact their doctor if there is persistent severe abdominal pain, sometimes radiating to the back.| What should you not eat while taking Aloja-M Tablet?::: It is advisable to avoid foods that are high in saturated and trans fats, instead consume fats from fish and nuts. Control your carbohydrate intake as this directly affects your blood sugar.:
