Its use should also be avoided in patients with myasthenia gravis, any breathing difficulties or chest diseases, liver diseases and sleep apnea.| Can the use of Alprax Z 0.5 mg/3 mg Tablet cause dependence?::: Alprax Z 0.5 mg/3 mg Tablet contains alprazolam which can make you dependent on the medicine. Dependence can lead to withdrawal symptoms when you stop the treatment abruptly. This mainly happens if you have been taking high doses or have been using it for a very long time. Withdrawal symptoms can include a headache, muscle pain, anxiety, restlessness, confusion, mood changes, difficulty in sleeping, irritability, nausea, vomiting, stomach upset and many others.:

However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration advised by your doctor as it has high habit-forming potential. However, take it as advised by your doctor because it is not recommended for long-term use. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from any liver or kidney problems before taking this medicine. You should avoid smoking and alcohol while using this medicine.
