In Treatment of Fungal infections Amoron Cream is used to treat certain fungal skin infections like athlete’s foot (infection between toes). It is also used to treat fungal infections of fingernails and toenails (an infection that may cause nail discoloration, splitting, and pain). It slowly kills the fungi causing infection, and over time, the infected nail is replaced by new, healthy nail growth. Amoron Cream might take on average up to six months if you are using it for fingernail infection and if you are suffering from toe fungus, treatment can take between 9 and 12 months to be successful.

How long does it take to clear the nail infection?::: Amoron Cream takes a few days or weeks to clear up the infection. Clearing up an infection refers to the improvement of the symptoms of the infection. On the other hand, it may take at least 6 months to cure the fingernail infection and 9-12 months to cure toenails. Curing of the infection takes longer because a nail infection gets cured only after the infected nail is naturally replaced by a new nail.| Can I stop taking Amoron Cream when my symptoms are relieved?::: You may notice some improvement in your symptoms, but do not stop taking Amoron Cream before completing the full course of treatment, even if you feel better.
