Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Medifast , we strive to provide high-quality medicines and healthcare products. This policy explains the terms for returns, refunds, and cancellations. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the conditions below.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, contact our support team immediately with your order details.

2. Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of medicines and healthcare products, we generally do not accept returns once products are delivered.

Returns may only be accepted if:

The wrong item was delivered
The product is damaged or defective
The item is expired at the time of delivery

Return requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:

Opened or used medicines
Prescription medicines once dispensed
Products without original packaging
Items damaged after delivery

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after verification and approval.

Approved refunds will be issued:

To the original payment method for prepaid orders
As store credit or bank transfer (if original payment method is unavailable)

Refund Processing Time:
5–10 business days (depending on bank or payment provider)

5. Replacement Policy

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Fraud Prevention

Medifast reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
