However, in some patients, it may cause some unwanted side effects like nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, fatigue, diarrhea, etc. Inform your doctor if you experience any persistent problem due to this medication.| Can I stop taking Abelcox 90 Tablet when my pain is relieved?::: Abelcox 90 Tablet should be continued as advised by your doctor, if you are using the medicine for a condition associated with long-term pain.
