Aspirin and Clopidogrel are antiplatelet medicines. They work by preventing the platelets from sticking together and decrease the formation of harmful blood clots. On the other hand, Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine that blocks an enzyme which makes cholesterol in the body.
