Acmoxia-MR Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of pain due to muscle spasms. It improves the movement of muscles and provides relief from pain and discomfort associated with muscle spasms. Acmoxia-MR Tablet may be taken with or without food. Can I stop taking Acmoxia-MR Tablet when my pain is relieved?::: Acmoxia-MR Tablet, when used for long-term pain relief, should be continued for as long as advised by your physician. It can be discontinued if you are using it for short-term pain relief.| Can the use of Acmoxia-MR Tablet cause dizziness?::: Yes, the use of Acmoxia-MR Tablet can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded it is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.| Are there any specific contraindications associated with the use of Acmoxia-MR Tablet?::: The use of Acmoxia-MR Tablet is considered to be harmful for patients with known allergy to painkillers (NSAIDS) or any of the components or excipients of this medicine. While Acmoxia-MR Tablet helps to relieve pain, Vitamin B-complex can help to correct the vitamin deficiency that might be causing your symptoms.| Can the use of Acmoxia-MR Tablet cause damage to kidneys?::: Yes, the long-term use of Acmoxia-MR Tablet can cause damage to the kidneys. Normal kidneys produce a chemical called prostaglandins that protects them from damage. Use of painkillers lowers the levels of prostaglandins in the body leading to kidney damage on long-term use. Use of painkillers is not recommended to patients with underlying kidney disease.| Will Acmoxia-MR Tablet be more effective if taken in higher doses?::: No, taking more of this medicine will not make it more effective, rather it can lead to increased side effects.
