It should be used only for patients with severe nodular acne who are unresponsive to conventional therapy, including systemic antibiotics. In addition, Actame 20mg Tablet should not be used by pregnant women because it can cause severe birth defects.| Q. What are the recommended tests during Actame 20mg Tablet therapy?::: Your liver enzymes and serum lipids will be checked before the treatment is started.
