How does Alatro Tablet work?::: Alatro Tablet belongs to a class of medication called thromboxane A2/ prostaglandin endoperoxide receptor antagonist. Alatro Tablet blocks the broncho-constrictor effects of certain chemicals (prostaglandins) in the body.
