In Osteoporosis Osteoporosis is a common condition that causes bones to become fragile and brittle so that they break (fracture) more easily. Fractures may be painful and restrict a person’s ability to carry out their normal daily tasks. Alenost D Tablet reduces the risk of a fracture occurring in osteoporosis. It also helps in the growth and development of bones as well as maintain strong bones. Since osteoporosis doesn’t usually have any symptoms such as pain (until a fracture occurs) you might not ‘feel’ any immediate benefit from your treatment with Alenost D Tablet. Keep taking it untill your doctor asks you to stop. Along with medicines, eat a balanced diet rich in calcium and vitamin D like dairy products, green leafy vegetables etc.

Alenost D Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Alendronic Acid and Vitamin D3 which treat osteoporosis.tAlendronic Acid is a bisphosphonate. Alenost D Tablet is prescribed to treat osteoporosis. It prevents bone loss and helps in thickening of the bones. It also strengthens the muscles to support the body. It is a potent medicine used to prevent bone loss in women after menopause by rebuilding their bones. Alenost D Tablet is best taken in an empty stomach. You should take it regularly at a fixed time each day. Taking it at the same time every day will help you remember to take it. It may take several days to get the full benefit of this drug. Do not stop taking the medicine until your doctor tells you it is alright to stop.
