What is Alevict Plus Tablet?::: Alevict Plus Tablet is the combination of Ambroxol, Levocetirizine, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Phenylephrine and is used in the treatment of common cold.| Can the use of Alevict Plus Tablet cause nausea and vomiting?::: Yes, the use of Alevict Plus Tablet can cause nausea and vomiting. Taking it with milk, food or with antacids can prevent nausea. Avoid taking fatty or fried foods along with this medication. In case of vomiting, drink plenty of water or other fluids by taking small frequent sips. Talk to your doctor if vomiting persists and you notice signs of dehydration, like dark colored and strong-smelling urine and a low frequency of urination. Do not take any other medicine without speaking to a doctor.| Can the use of Alevict Plus Tablet cause dizziness?::: Yes, the use of Alevict Plus Tablet can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. Alevict Plus Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat common cold symptoms. It thins mucus in the nose, windpipe, and lungs making it easier to cough out. It also provides relief from seasonal allergic conditions such as runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, and congestion or stuffiness. Alevict Plus Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, dryness in mouth, stomach upset, headache, fatigue, loss of appetite, and insomnia. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects.
