Alitel-MCH 25 Tablet ER is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor. | – Breast feeding : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR
Alitel-MCH 25 Tablet ER is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. | – Driving : UNSAFE
Alitel-MCH 25 Tablet ER may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. | – Kidney : CAUTION
Alitel-MCH 25 Tablet ER should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Alitel-MCH 25 Tablet ER may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Alitel-MCH 25 Tablet ER is not recommended in these patients. | – Liver : CAUTION

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Alitel-MCH 25 Tablet ER may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.:
If you miss a dose of Alitel-MCH 25 Tablet ER, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.:

Alitel-MCH 25 Tablet ER is a combination medicine used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It works by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. It also removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Alitel-MCH 25 Tablet ER can be taken with or without food, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It makes you lose excess water through urine, hence try to take it at day time or 4 hours before bedtime to avoid frequent urination at night. It should be taken as your doctor’s advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you.Nausea, diarrhea, stomach upset, headache, and dizziness are some common side effects of this medicine. Regular monitoring of kidney function and electrolytes is important while using this medicine. This medicine should be used along with lifestyle changes like a healthy diet, regular exercise and smoking cessation for best results. You are advised to drink plenty of fluids to overcome mouth dryness and extreme thirst.Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you are pregnant if you have ever had any problems with your blood circulation or have liver or kidney problems.
