How do you use Alkalin Syrup?::: Alkalin Syrup should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Shake the bottle well before each use. Mix it in a glass of water or juice as advised by your doctor. Avoid taking Alkalin Syrup on an empty stomach if diarrhea occurs. Drink plenty of fluids while taking this medicine to avoid stomach upset.| How long does it take to work?::: Alkalin Syrup taken few minutes to start working and its effect lasts for around four to six hours.
