Alser D 50mg/10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Alser D 50mg/10mg Tablet may be needed. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Alser D 50mg/10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.:

If you miss a dose of Alser D 50mg/10mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.:

However, in some patients it may cause common unwanted side effects like nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, heartburn and diarrhea. Do not take any other medicines without speaking to a doctor.| Can the use of Alser D 50mg/10mg Tablet cause dizziness?::: Yes, the use of Alser D 50mg/10mg Tablet can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.| Are there any specific contraindications associated with the use of Alser D 50mg/10mg Tablet?::: The use of Alser D 50mg/10mg Tablet is considered to be harmful in patients with known allergy to any of the components or excipients of this medicine or in patients with known allergy to other painkillers (NSAIDs). The use of this medicine should preferably be avoided in patients with a history of stomach ulcers or in patients with active, recurrent stomach ulcer/bleeding.
