Alsigra 25mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Alsigra 25mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Alsigra 25mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.:

If you miss a dose of Alsigra 25mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.:

However, if these medicines are to be taken together then it is advised to keep a time gap of 24 hours between the intake of Penegra and blood pressure-lowering medicines.| Why does Alsigra 25mg Tablet cause a fall in blood pressure (hypotension)?::: Alsigra 25mg Tablet has the property of relaxing the smooth muscle of the blood vessels and widening them which can cause a fall in blood pressure (hypotension). So, when used with blood pressure lowering medicines or nitrates, it can cause a severe fall in blood pressure, which could be fatal. Alsigra 25mg Tablet should not be taken if you are taking nitrates for chest pain or you have a history of heart attack or stroke in the past 6 months.| Can I take Alsigra 25mg Tablet in my twenties?::: Yes, if prescribed by your doctor then Alsigra 25mg Tablet can be taken in your twenties.| Does Alsigra 25mg Tablet affect fertility?::: No, Alsigra 25mg Tablet does not affect fertility, neither negatively nor positively.| Does Alsigra 25mg Tablet affect sperm?::: Alsigra 25mg Tablet does not affect sperm count or its health. It is a medicine that is used to treat erectile dysfunction.| Does Alsigra 25mg Tablet increase blood pressure?::: No, Alsigra 25mg Tablet is not associated with an increase in blood pressure. However, it can cause a decrease in blood pressure especially if taken with other blood pressure-lowering medications. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Inform your doctor if you feel the effect of Alsigra 25mg Tablet is too strong or too weak.| Can I drink alcohol while on Alsigra 25mg Tablet?::: Drinking alcohol can temporarily impair your ability to get an erection. To get the maximum benefit from Alsigra 25mg Tablet, it is advised to not drink excessive amounts of alcohol before taking Alsigra 25mg Tablet.:

Alsigra 25mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. It works by helping to relax the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood to flow into your penis when you get sexually excited. Alsigra 25mg Tablet may be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal. It should be strictly taken as advised by your doctor. You should take it about one hour before you plan to have sex. The amount of time it takes to work varies from person to person, but it normally takes between 30 minutes and one hour. This medicine will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. However, you should not take this medicine if you do not have erectile dysfunction. It should not be taken more than once a day.The most common side effects of this medicine are flushing, headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, muscle pain, stomach upset, and rash.
