Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Alzacox 90mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.:

If you miss a dose of Alzacox 90mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.:

What is Alzacox 90mg Tablet used for?::: Alzacox 90mg Tablet is used to reduce the pain and swelling (inflammation) in the joints and muscles of people 16 years of age and older with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and gout. Alzacox 90mg Tablet is also used for the short term treatment of moderate pain after dental surgery in people 16 years of age and older.| Is it safe to use Alzacox 90mg Tablet?::: Alzacox 90mg Tablet is safe for most patients. However, in some patients, it may cause some unwanted side effects like nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, fatigue, diarrhea, etc. Inform your doctor if you experience any persistent problem due to this medication.| Can I stop taking Alzacox 90mg Tablet when my pain is relieved?::: Alzacox 90mg Tablet should be continued as advised by your doctor, if you are using the medicine for a condition associated with long-term pain. It can be discontinued if you are using it for short-term pain relief.| Can the use of Alzacox 90mg Tablet cause nausea and vomiting?::: Yes, the use of Alzacox 90mg Tablet may cause nausea and vomiting. Taking it with milk, food or antacids can prevent nausea. Avoid taking fatty or fried foods along with this medication. In case of vomiting, drink plenty of water or other fluids by taking small frequent sips. Talk to your doctor if vomiting persists and you notice signs of dehydration, like dark colored and strong-smelling urine or a low frequency of urination. It should be avoided in patients with known allergy to other painkillers (NSAIDs). The use of this medicine should preferably be avoided in patients with a history of stomach ulcers or in patients with active or recurrent stomach ulcer/bleeding. It should also be avoided in patients with a history of heart failure, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease.| Is Alzacox 90mg Tablet helpful in relieving stomach pain?::: No, Alzacox 90mg Tablet should not be taken for stomach pain without consulting a physician.
