What is Amcoryl 30mg/2mg Tablet?::: Amcoryl 30mg/2mg Tablet is a combination of Ambroxol and Salbutamol / Albuterol which relieve cough. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Salbutamol is a bronchodilator which widens the airways by relaxing its muscles. Together, they make breathing easier.| Is it safe to use Amcoryl 30mg/2mg Tablet?::: Yes, Amcoryl 30mg/2mg Tablet is safe to you in most of the patients. However, in some patients it may cause some unwanted side effects like tremor, headache, insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), palpitations, dizziness, nervousness, muscle cramp, increased heart rate. Inform your doctor as soon as possible if you experience any problem due to the medication.| Can Amcoryl 30mg/2mg Tablet cause headaches and shakiness?::: Yes, you may experience headache and shakiness with the use of Amcoryl 30mg/2mg Tablet. Amcoryl 30mg/2mg Tablet is a combination of ambroxol and salbutamol. Salbutamol may cause these side effects. For headaches, drink plenty of water, get sufficient rest and avoid alcohol. Usually headaches go away after a week. If they persist for a long time, contact your doctor. Feeling shaky is a common side effect of Amcoryl 30mg/2mg Tablet and goes away after sometime.| What are the instructions for storage and disposal of Amcoryl 30mg/2mg Tablet?::: Keep this medicine in the container or the pack it came in. Amcoryl 30mg/2mg Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of cough. It thins mucus in the nose, windpipe, and lungs making it easier to cough out. It also relaxes the muscles in your airway. Together, they make breathing easier. Amcoryl 30mg/2mg Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.The most common side effects are headache, palpitations, stomach upset, tremor, muscle cramp, and Increased heart rate. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects.
