Together these medicines help stimulate appetite (hunger) in children. Also, it is given to treat allergic conditions in children. Give Apel G 1.5mg/55mg Drop to your child by mouth before food in the dose, time, and way prescribed by your child’s doctor. Give this medicine at a fixed time so that it gradually becomes a part of your child’s daily routine. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking this medicine, help the child calm down and repeat the dose.To experience significant hunger stimulation and weight gain, you may require to continue giving this medicine to your child for a few days a month.
